During the 2014 season President
Tony Runeckles has been
raising money for the Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance Trust by passing
around the collection box at various President & Council and County
Friendly matches and he is very appreciative of the donations players have made
to this very worthwhile cause.
During the Past President's Tour
in September , Chairman Mick Collins,
pledged that any money raised through various activities would go towards the
Presidents Charity. Again Mick would like to thank all the tourist
whogenerously supported this charity.
The tour raised £496 and the money
raised during the summer made the
final sum up to £1,000 and Tony and Mick visited the Air Ambulance Headquarters
in Marden to present the cheque.
